The Tresor Paris FAQs are designed to answer most questions in full detail. What is the confidentiality policy?

You are not required to give any personal information when using the www.tresorparis.com website. On the other hand, should you open an account on our website, we do collect the information necessary for invoicing and delivering any products you might order, such as your name, address, email, etc. The www.tresorparis.com website agrees to share your contact details only with the third parties involved directly in the order process: banking establishment, delivery service, etc. The only case in which we share any personal information is when we are legally obligated to do so, such as in the event of a complaint, for example,

Any information transmitted through our site is processed securely, using up-to-date Internet protocols. Any financial information is stored on the secure site of our bank and not on the www.tresorparis.com website.

How do I create an account on www.tresorparis.com?

At the top of the homepage, click on “Log in”, then on “Create an account”. Fill in the registration form and then click on “Submit”.

How do I identify myself if I’ve forgotten my password?

At the top of the homepage, click on “Log in”, then on “Forgotten password”. You will receive an email that will allow you to set a new password.

How do I change any personal information on www.tresorparis.com?
You can modify your personal information at any time by clicking on “Log In”. Following identification, click on “My Account”; you can then edit your personal information.

 How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
All you have to do is either click the link “If you no longer want to receive our newsletters, please click here” that is located at the bottom of each newsletter, or click “Modify” in the “Newsletter” section of your “My Account” profile.

 

Orders & Deliveries

 

Delivery

As of 00.01 am on 18th October 2011, Tresor Paris will offer free delivery service to our customers. Our free delivery service can take up to 2-3 working days, upon receiving cleared payment of the order, unless an item is out of stock . If you wish your item to be delivered using a special delivery service, there will be a £5.00 charge for UK Mainlands only.

Rest of the World customers are delivered using "Royal Mail International Special Signed For delivery" at £15.00.

If an item is not in stock or in the case of a special order, we normally have an average delivery lead time of 3 – 6 weeks. Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods and/or the supplies of services are approximate only, and shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or supply however caused. Delivery dates might change if, in case the order is placed during the weekends, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, natural calamities, adverse bad weather conditions and any circumstances beyond our control.

Where can I find my order basket?

Your basket can be found at the upper right hand corner of the homepage. You can access it by clicking on “My Cart”.

What is the pricing policy?

The prices mentioned on www.tresorparis.com are valid only for the website and are not, on any account, to be considered as the prices applied in our boutiques.

What is the delivery area covered by www.tresorparis.com?

Tresor Paris delivers worldwide.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are calculated based on the delivery point as well as on the order’s total weight and volume. We will indicate the exact delivery costs for each of your orders once we have the delivery address and the desired means of transport.

Is it possible to have something gift wrapped?

When validating your order, you can choose to have your purchase gift wrapped. Your purchases will then be delivered wrapped in gift paper and a Tresor Paris gift bag.

How do I return or exchange an item ordered through the www.tresorparis.com website?

REFUND

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, or if an item has been received faulty, you must report it immediately to our online customer service team on 020 3355 4031 or email customerservice@tresorparis.com. Please note that only within 7 days of receiving your ordered goods may you opt for a refund. Please ensure the returned item is sent securely in its original packaging. We recommend that you return your item by Royal Mail Special Delivery which includes insurance (see below for details of the return address).  The latter is essential as should the parcel go missing, this method of delivery allows it to be tracked. It may further help us if you attach a note simply stating the reason for the refund or exchange. Only at Tresor Paris’ discretion would ‘special orders’ be accepted for returns and refund.

EXCHANGE

If unfortunately your item(s) has become faulty since its purchase which has not been caused by accidental damage, then under the 1 year warranty you are entitled to a replacement or a different item of the same value. Simply call 020 3355 4031 to speak to one of our customer service agents or email customerservice@tresorparis.com (Please quote your order number when contacting us). In this case the item should be returned using the same procedure as described above. Once the item has been received at our Head Office (at the address below) one of our customer service agents will verify the item and if it is defective/faulty they will proceed with the exchange and send you a replacement.

IMPORTANT: When returning your item, you are responsible for insuring the package for the full purchase price.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings, unless defective or faulty.

Please note, items engraved or soldered cannot be refunded.

CANCELLATIONS & EXCHANGES

If you need to cancel your order, or for any other enquires, please contact customer service on 0203 355 4031 (Mon-Fri 10:00 till 17:30). If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.

How to refund/exchange item (s)

 1)   IN STORE

  • Place the items in their original presentation boxes. Please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.
  • If they are in their original condition we will process the refund or exchange for you.
  • If you want a refund, make sure you state your order reference clearly on the returned items.

 

If purchased from one of our Tresor Paris stockists, please return to the same stockist or shop where the item was purchased.

 

2)   RETURN BY POST
What you need to do:

  • Contact customer services on 0203 355 4031
  • Place the items into their original presentation boxes and make sure the parcel is sealed securely. You should also place a copy of the receipt with your order into the parcel. Please note that pierced jewellery must be returned in its original sealed packaging.

 

3)   RETURN OF ONLINE PURCHASES BY POST

  • Advise customer service of your intended return, please contact customerservice@tresorparis.com
  • For exchanges, place item (s) in their original presentation boxes.
  • For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.

 

Refunds are only valid 72 hours after receiving the items.

Refunds are issued back in the same way they were received (i.e. pay by credit card, money goes back to same credit card)

 

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

What means of payment are accepted on www.tresorparis.com?

You can pay online with a bank or credit card ( Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Paypal and American Express) most major credit and debit cards accepted whilst using paypal. You must enter the number of your    bank or credit card and the expiration date on the relevant page.

What type of guarantee is offered for Tresor Paris jewellery?

The Tresor Paris International Guarantee

  • Tresor Paris prides itself on the perfect quality of its jewellery, ensuring great care at every step of their production from design to sale.
  • Authentic Tresor Paris jewellery is sold exclusively in authorised points of sale bearing its brand name. The list of addresses and telephone numbers to these points of sale is updated regularly on the Tresor Paris catalogues and on the www.tresorparis.com website.
  • In the event that an item of Tresor Paris jewellery does not correspond to Tresor Paris quality standards, the customer is covered by an international warranty that is valid for the one year following purchase. This warranty is directly recognised and honoured by the Tresor Paris website.
  • The international Tresor Paris warranty applies to jewellery that is subjected to normal use; it does not cover aging, wear and tear or alteration due to the use of perfume, or to the deterioration, breakage or loss resulting from an accident, the act of a third party, improper use or inadequate maintenance.
  • The international Tresor Paris warranty covers the gratuitous repair of the piece in question, including all parts and labour, within the limit of available spare parts. If the piece should be beyond repair, it shall be exchanged for an identical item whenever possible and, should this not be possible, the piece shall be replaced by an item of similar value.
  • The international warranty is honoured at each Tresor Paris authorised point of sale upon presentation of the sales receipt and this certificate dated and stamped by the original point of sale. Following verification of the item’s condition and the validity of the warranty, the piece is left in the boutique in return for a receipt. The boutique shall indicate the estimated date of return or exchange. The repaired or replaced item is then made available at the boutique in which it was left.
  • Following lapse of the warranty, Tresor Paris offers a repair service whose pricing policy is available upon request in Tresor Paris boutiques or on the www.tresorparis.com website.

How much does the repair work cost?

The following is only a guideline, an exact price for repair will be provided at the boutique when the item has been inspected for repair, and an estimated time frame will also be given for the completion of repair.

Where shall I take/send my Tresor Paris jewellery for repair?

You can leave your jewellery for repair in any of the Tresor Paris boutiques.

How do you look for a particular item?

There are several ways to search for an item: by type of product, by colour or by collection. Just type your search in the “search” field located in the upper right menu and click “ok”.

Caring for your jewellery
  • Jewellery is delicate andshould not be subjected to abrasion or chemicals.
  • Wear your jewellery often; the open air will help conserve it, ensuring its sparkle and charm. Enjoy the pleasure of its beauty. To avoid scratches, you should always store each piece carefully away from any other jewellery that might scratch or damage it.
  • Pearl is especially sensitive to cosmetics (soap, hairspray, perfume, etc.). When using cosmetic products, you should therefore wait until any volatile components have evaporated - at least 30 minutes - before putting on your jewellery.
  • To clean a piece of jewellery, you should use very gentle cleansers only, such as those intended for delicate wools or lingerie, and even then use caution. Chamois cloths, designed for cleaning your silver jewellery, can be purchased from some boutiques.

Strung Jewellery
  • Always wear as advised by Tresor Paris stockist / jewellers.
  • Avoid stretching, twisting tying in a different ways other than intended. Tresor Paris stockists will advise you when restringing is required.
  • We recommend you have your strung jewellery checked every three months.
  • Do not swim or shower with any strung jewellery.
  • Do not scrape or rub against hard / sharp surfaces.
